Huckletree engaged Opem Security to take over their existing security assets and integrate systems for enhanced monitoring. The initial security setup comprised CCTV, access control, and a manned guard, but the client was determined to streamline operations, improve user experience, and reduce costs.

This Grade II listed flexible office space has been fitted out to offer a variety of high spec work zones designed to cater to the varying needs of its occupants. This grand commercial space is home to a number of listed features including the ‘Golden Boy of Pye Corner’, and has been fitted out with state of the art security systems to keep its tenants feeling safe.

Having previously provided security services to a number of Landmarks enviable real estate portfolio, Opem Security were delighted to be instructed to deliver the installation for CCTV and access control, as well as the ongoing service maintenance.

The Office Group is renowned for producing high end, design-led office space. Opem’s challenge was to design and install security solutions that were in keeping with the building’s aesthetics and didn’t stand out or detract from the overall design, look, and feel of the space.

7 Pancras Square

King’s Cross, London
At the heart of this project was the refurbishment of the existing Stanley Building, which is a small listed building (the last of one of the first examples of social housing in London) with a new building wrapped around it to create a new 30,000 sq ft office building.

Albert House

Described as the jewel in Old Street’s crown, Albert House has plenty of private office space to go around.

Liverpool Street

The City, London
50 Liverpool Street is a bit of a fighter. After surviving being the target of London’s first attack during the First World War, it also survived British Rail’s plans to demolish the station in favour of a modern development.

Warnford Court

Formerly the offices of the Stock Exchange, Warnford Court has retained many of its 19th-century features whilst creating a contemporary modern environment.

Capital House is a landmark building occupying a prominent position on the corner of Edgware Road and Marylebone Road.

Brick Street

Mayfair, London
Drawing inspiration from the surrounding affluence of Mayfair, 10 Brick Street is an exceptionally opulent yet classically understated working environment. Taking its design cues from the Roaring Twenties, the tasteful colour palette combines classic Art Deco hues of rich greens and golds contrasted with geometric patterns in black and white.

Tudor Street

Nestled in the heart of Blackfriars, this modern business centre boasts a truly unique and inspiring interior that aims to boost productivity levels and happiness.

The Smiths Building

Marylebone, London
This building was originally constructed in 1913 for Smiths Industries. They made the first-ever speedometers for the motor car, so the building has some industrial heritage within its walls.

One Canada Square

Canary Wharf, London
As one of the most iconic structures dominating London’s skyline, One Canada Square is 774 feet above ground level. This makes it the second tallest building in the UK.

St Dunstan’s Hill

Monument, London
Opem were appointed to design and install the security system for this vibrant 60,000 sq ft building. Its nautical-themed design is award-winning and inspired by the luxury of Sunseeker yachts. It comes with a range of spaces including a rooftop café, The Deck, with panoramic views of the Thames and the city. It also has luxury bedrooms, The Cabins, so is a multi-use space.

Creativity is taken to a whole new level within this Lewis Carroll, Alice in Wonderland themed office space. The interior provides clients with some of the most awe-inspiring and creative working environments in London.

The Shard
