ABOUT THE PROJECT
Boundary Row marked the first collaboration between Opem and Office Space in Town. This project required the design and implementation of a comprehensive security system for a new office space, a task made particularly challenging due to our late entry into the process. The office space had a fixed opening date, and it was imperative that all security systems were operational by that deadline.
WHIMSICAL EXPERIENCE
Boundary Row is a unique space inspired by Alice in Wonderland. From lush flower walls and arches, hanging teapot lights, bunny chairs, to opulent furniture, the office offers a whimsical and luxurious environment. It is a space that must be seen to be believed. The quirky meeting rooms, exclusive roof terrace, and “access all areas” policy to other OSiT serviced offices, luxury bedrooms, and event venues, create a distinctive and inspiring workspace.
THE CHALLENGE
Completing security system design and installation in a limited timeframe.

- Project Assessment: Upon joining the project, our team conducted a thorough assessment of the flexible workspace and seamlessly designed a comprehensive security system designed to meet unique user needs
- Rapid Design and Approval: Our design team quickly developed a comprehensive security system plan, which included access control, CCTV cameras, and emergency response protocols. This plan was promptly reviewed and approved by all stakeholders.
