Opem was commissioned by Office Space in Town, a boutique flexible workspace provider, to deliver comprehensive security solutions for St Dunstan’s Hill. This vibrant 60,000 sq ft building features an award-winning nautical-themed design inspired by the luxury of Sunseeker yachts. The building includes a range of spaces such as a rooftop café, The Deck, with panoramic views of the Thames and the city, as well as luxury bedrooms, The Cabins, making it a multi-use space.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
St Dunstan’s Hill is a unique and innovative development located in the heart of Monument, London. Our mission was to ensure the security of this multifunctional and aesthetically sophisticated building, meeting the high standards set by our client, Office Space in Town.
THE CHALLENGE
Historically, one of the major challenges faced by our client was the management of suited office keys. They desired a modern, efficient solution that would eliminate the need for traditional keys and enhance the overall security and accessibility of the building.
THE RESULTS
Our team at Opem delivered a comprehensive security solution that exceeded our client’s expectations. We installed a state-of-the-art access control system, combining hard-wired access control on all main communal doors with a wireless system for all client and meeting room doors. This innovative approach allowed for a single-card solution for all doors within the building, eliminating the need for keys entirely.
Additionally, we implemented a high-definition CCTV installation to monitor all critical areas, ensuring complete security coverage. Our ongoing maintenance services ensure that all systems operate seamlessly and efficiently, providing peace of mind for our client and their tenants.
