Opem were appointed to design and install the security system for this vibrant 60,000 sq ft building. Its nautical-themed design is award-winning and inspired by the luxury of Sunseeker yachts. It comes with a range of spaces including a rooftop café, The Deck, with panoramic views of the Thames and the city. It also has luxury bedrooms, The Cabins, so is a multi-use space.

Another great opportunity to work with this innovative client and their amazing building concept. Historically one of the major problems that our client faced was the management of suited office keys, and they wanted to move away from this. The access control system we installed was a combination of hard-wired access control on all main communal doors, mixed with a wireless system for all client and meeting room doors. This allowed for a single-card solution for all doors within the building, and no need for keys.
