Located on Holloway Road stands flexible office space provider, Fabrix’s, contemporary and creative, warehouse-style office space. The Billiard Factory comprises 23,000 sq ft spread across three buildings. Fabrix sought to create affordable, design-led office space that was in keeping with its heritage while offering the locals an inspired work hub.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Having previously provided security services to Fabrix’s commercial portfolio, Opem Security were delighted to be instructed to deliver the installation for CCTV and access control, as well as the ongoing service maintenance at the Billiard Factory.

THE CHALLENGE

This multi-tenanted let meant that we were responsible for enabling the client to secure the shared tenant areas. Being mindful of catering to diverse tenant needs we set about designing an intuitive and flexible security system.

Recommending a range of smart access control systems we were able to guide and put forward the most effective solutions and products, to suit the building’s needs. Through carefully placed CCTV camera systems we ensured that our remote monitoring control room team had optimized views of all final entrance and exit points to effectively, monitor, report, and deter any unwanted intruders.
