I have worked on various projects with Opem since April 2019. Opem are Landmark’s preferred security advisor and installer for all centres, consistently delivering projects on time and on budget. Opem work with my team in offering and providing a secure system design to meet Landmark brand’s high standards; ensuring estimate requests or queries raised are responded to quickly. Opem’s install team have worked closely with our contractors on all projects, coordinating between all parties and supervisors. They react quickly to changes ensuring all installs have been completed on time and, if issues occur, Opem are proactive in finding and implementing solutions. I have found the install and management team very knowledgeable, professional and personable. I have direct contact with the directors when I need to call, who respond very quickly when I email for updates or leave messages. Following the install of a project, Opem manage the out-of-hours security requirements of the site, liaising with our centre managers & facilities department.
