FINANCIAL DIRECTOR

At Opem, Darren plays a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s financial and operational foundations, ensuring the business remains resilient, scalable, and well‑positioned for growth. Working closely with the leadership team, he oversees financial planning, performance reporting, and operational efficiency — enabling Opem to deliver for clients with confidence and consistency.

Known for his calm, pragmatic approach, Darren brings structure and clarity to complex challenges, helping the business plan for the future while maintaining a disciplined, transparent operation. KIZZI HAWES

HEAD OF OPERATIONS

As Head of Operations, Kizzi oversees the smooth running of Opem’s business behind the scenes — keeping processes efficient, teams supported, and service delivery consistent. She works closely with our control room, service engineers, service desk, and ops teams to ensure everything operates seamlessly and in sync.

With a proven background in fast‑paced, complex environments, Kizzi is hands‑on and solutions‑driven. Her focus is on continuous improvement, clear communication, and maintaining the high standards that define Opem. Her leadership connects every part of the operation to deliver a reliable, client‑focused service.

SEAN BEDFORD

OPERATIONS MANAGER

With over eight years’ experience managing large‑scale, business‑critical operations, Sean brings a structured and people‑focused approach to keeping Opem’s day‑to‑day running smoothly. Working closely with internal teams, clients, and third‑party suppliers, he ensures operations are coordinated effectively and delivered to the highest standard.

Sean’s role centres on providing strong operational support across departments — maintaining stability, aligning resources, and helping teams meet goals efficiently.
