About the project
This grand commercial space is home to a number of listed features including the ‘Golden Boy of Pye Corner’, and has been fitted out with state of the art security systems to keep its tenants feeling safe.
Having maintained a long-standing working relationship with Landmark, Opem Security was appointed to deliver the agreed specification with the client. This included the installation for upgraded access control, and CCTV, remote monitoring from our in-house control room, as well as the ongoing service maintenance.
I have worked on various projects with Opem since April 2019. Opem are Landmark’s preferred security advisor and installer for all centres, consistently delivering projects on time and on budget. Opem work with my team in offering and providing a secure system design to meet Landmark brand’s high standards; ensuring estimate requests or queries raised are responded to quickly.
Opem’s install team have worked closely with our contractors on all projects, coordinating between all parties and supervisors. They react quickly to changes ensuring all installs have been completed on time and, if issues occur, Opem are proactive in finding and implementing solutions. I have found the install and management team very knowledgeable, professional and personable. I have direct contact with the directors when I need to call, who respond very quickly when I email for updates or leave messages.
Following the install of a project, Opem manages the out-of-hours security requirements of the site, liaising with our centre managers & facilities department.

Having taken on a new space, Landmark had successfully pre-sold some of their floors ahead of schedule. This resulted in Opem having to offer flexible delivery services and work round the clock to tight deadlines to achieve the clients move-in date.
Opem’s objective was to upgrade, design and optimise security systems. Utilizing some of the existing access control equipment we installed a number of new readers, and access control panels, and integrated them into our solution. These upgrades to the access control were designed to improve building security, enhance space management, and boost client experience.
Through carefully considered collaboration with the client. Opem Security developed a security plan tailored to the building core functionality, geared to safeguard and serve its tenants.
Overall, the security installation was a success and Opem Security continues to maintain a healthy and robust relationship with Landmark. We look forward to our continued partnership and securing their workspace.
