Opem was commissioned by Landmark, a leading flexible workspace provider, to deliver comprehensive security solutions at their Park Street building. The project included the design and installation of advanced access control systems and high-definition CCTV, alongside remote monitoring through Opem’s in-house control room and ongoing security maintenance.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Park Street, situated in a prestigious area of London, required a security upgrade to meet the high standards of elegance and prestige associated with its location. The building features a rooftop patio space, coworking areas, and multiple office spaces, all of which needed to be secured and monitored effectively.
THE CHALLENGE
Landmark’s main challenge was to integrate modern, efficient security solutions that could provide exceptional access control while maintaining the building’s stylish and prestigious appearance. The project required the deployment of high-quality systems to manage both internal and external security needs seamlessly.
THE RESULTS
Leveraging our expertise in security solutions for flexible office spaces, Opem delivered a future-proofed security system tailored to Park Street’s unique requirements. We installed the Salto SPACE access control system, ensuring robust and stylish keyless entry solutions throughout the building.
For CCTV, we deployed the Cathexis network video recorder (NVR), providing comprehensive high-definition surveillance coverage. This setup allows for continuous monitoring of all critical areas, enhancing security both internally and externally.
Our remote monitoring service through Opem’s in-house control room ensures real-time oversight and rapid response to any security issues. Furthermore, our ongoing maintenance services guarantee that all systems operate smoothly and efficiently, providing long-term security assurance for Landmark.

I have worked on various projects with Opem since April 2019. Opem are Landmark’s preferred security advisor and installer for all centres, consistently delivering projects on time and on budget. Opem work with my team in offering and providing a secure system design to meet Landmark brand’s high standards; ensuring estimate requests or queries raised are responded to quickly. Opem’s install team have worked closely with our contractors on all projects, coordinating between all parties and supervisors. They react quickly to changes ensuring all installs have been completed on time and, if issues occur, Opem are proactive in finding and implementing solutions. I have found the install and management team very knowledgeable, professional and personable. I have direct contact with the directors when I need to call, who respond very quickly when I email for updates or leave messages. Following the install of a project, Opem manage the out-of-hours security requirements of the site, liaising with our centre managers & facilities department.
