ABOUT 1 LOVE LANE
1 Love Lane is a boutique office building offering 8,671 sq ft of premium office space across the ground floor and five upper floors. The building underwent a comprehensive refurbishment in 2016, aimed at modernising its facilities and maximising its appeal to potential tenants. The refurbishment project included creating a high-quality reception area and efficient office floors.
EPAM spearheaded the enhancement of the building’s facilities. Once vacant possession was achieved, EPAM focused on improving the building’s security infrastructure. They tasked Opem with designing, installing, and maintaining advanced security systems to ensure the safety and security of the building’s future occupants.
OPEM'S CONTRIBUTIONS
Design and Installation of Security Systems: Opem was responsible for creating a comprehensive security plan tailored to the needs of 1 Love Lane.Â
This included:
- Maxxess Access Control Solutions: Installing state-of-the-art access control systems to manage and secure entry points throughout the building.
- CCTV Installation: Implementing high-definition CCTV cameras strategically placed to provide extensive coverage and real-time monitoring of the premises.

THE RESULTS

The building was fully let shortly after the refurbishment was completed, with tenants attracted by the high-quality facilities and robust security measures. The enhanced security contributed to a significant increase in rental values, exceeding 100% of the purchase price.
