Borough Yard
Opem, in partnership with Fora (formerly The Office Group), implemented advanced security solutions including CCTV and access control systems. Utilising Salto SPACE software and digital keyless access methods, the project focused on integrating seamless, user-friendly security that enhances building management while maintaining the high-end aesthetic of Borough Yard. The result is a secure, smart workspace that effortlessly blends with its historic and modern surroundings.
INTRODUCING FORA AT BOROUGH YARDS
Fora is the consumer-facing brand of The Office Group, a leading flexible workspace developer and operator. Together, they offer over 60 distinctive workspaces across London, the UK, and Germany, providing flexible workspace solutions for companies of all sizes.
Fora at Borough Yards is part of a new retail development designed by architecture studio SPPARC, set within and around an old railway viaduct. This flexible workspace offers a variety of workspaces and facilities, including private offices, co-working spaces, meeting rooms, breakout areas, phone booths, an audio room, and a Peloton workout studio.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Opem has a long-standing relationship with Fora, and was thrilled to be instructed for their latest endeavour. For this project, Opem was entrusted with delivering high-end security solutions that connected all building locations through advanced technology, thereby enhancing operational efficiency. This involved the seamless integration of smart building systems to improve overall management. Opem installed CCTV and an access control system to achieve these objectives.
