In collaboration with Fora (formerly The Office Group), Opem introduced sophisticated security solutions at 210 Euston Road. Leveraging Salto software and digital keyless access methods, the project aimed to seamlessly integrate user-friendly security features that enhance building management while maintaining the upscale aesthetic of the flexible workspace.
INTRODUCING FORA AT 210 EUSTON ROAD
Fora represents the consumer-facing brand of The Office Group (TOG), a prominent developer and operator of flexible workspaces. Collectively, they provide over 60 unique workspaces throughout London, the UK, and Germany, catering to companies of all sizes with their flexible workspace solutions.
210 Euston Road marks TOG’s 40th location in London. Spanning 69,000 sq ft, the seven-floor building is one of TOG’s largest venues, inspired by the area’s exceptional educational institutes.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Opem’s long-standing partnership with Fora made them a natural choice for the latest project at 210 Euston Road. For this endeavour, Opem was entrusted with implementing high-end security solutions that interconnected all building locations using advanced technology to boost operational efficiency. This required seamlessly integrating smart building systems to enhance overall management. To meet these goals, Opem installed CCTV and a Salto SPACE access control system.

THE CHALLENGE
The main challenge was to implement an access control solution that was both effective and in harmony with Fora’s upscale building design. The objective was to develop unobtrusive security features that seamlessly integrate with the building’s aesthetic.
