Office Space In Town undertook an extension at their New Broad Street location, incorporating two new floors into their existing setup. The space, previously a gym, required a comprehensive security solution to integrate seamlessly with their existing infrastructure. Opem Security was tasked with installing access control and CCTV systems on the new lower ground and ground floors, as well as upgrading the existing site’s access control from Maxxess to Salto electronic locks.
CLIENT REQUIREMENTS
The client needed a reliable security system to manage the newly acquired space effectively. The challenge was to implement access control that maintained the aesthetic integrity of the “Cabinet of Curiosities” without appearing intrusive. Additionally, the transition from the old Maxxess system to Salto electronic locks was crucial to ensure uniformity and enhanced security across the site.
